We stand behind GenieCloth. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 90 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.
How to start a return
Contact us using the details in your order confirmation email with your order number, and we'll send you simple return instructions.
Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible. Used cloths are still eligible under the 90-day guarantee — we want you to genuinely try them.
Refunds
Once your return is received, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear on your statement.
Faulty or damaged items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us straight away with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or refund immediately — you won't need to return the item in most cases.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
